How Do They Work?

Whether you’re picking up or dropping off to send a parcel, all you do is scan a code and the locker door pops open.

Collect

If you’re worried about parcels not being delivered safely at home from some of your favorite brands, you can choose to collect them 24/7.

If you’re selling something on eBay or sending a gift to a loved one, posting parcels has never been easier or more flexible.

Availability

The lockers are outside, next to Asda cash machines and are accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Each locker has three different sized compartments with a 15kg maximum weight.

Small: 8cm x 38 cm x 64 cm Medium: 19cm x 38cm x 64cm Large: 41cm x 38cm x 64cm

How do they work?

If you would like your parcels delivered to a safe, secure location, simply select Byron Place Shopping Centre, Seaham SR7 7DR as your preferred delivery location when ordering from Amazon and your parcel will be sent directly to one of our secure lockers.

You will then be sent an email with a unique code and pick up instructions. Enter your code into the keypad on the lockers to access your parcel.

Availability

The lockers are accessible 7 days a week in the shopping centre opening hours only.

Your parcel will be held in the lockers for three working days only after your code has been sent. If it is not picked up it will be returned to Amazon.

Parcels can be up to 42 cm x 35 cm x 32 cm in dimension, with a maximum weight of 4.5kg.
